These terms are between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME / ADDRESS] (“Glimpse”) and cover the Glimpse BI plugin, glimpsebi.com and your account.
The free plugin is published on WordPress.org under the GPL-2.0-or-later license. Its charts run on your own server.
Pro is an annual subscription per the number of sites: Personal ($79 per year, 1 site), Agency ($249 per year, 10 sites), Business ($499 per year, unlimited sites). A license key activates on the sites your plan allows; you can deactivate a site in your account to free its slot. If our license server cannot be reached, Pro keeps working for 7 days; after that Pro features step down, and your charts keep rendering on any plan.
Plans are billed yearly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your billing portal and your license keeps working until the end of the year you paid for; after that Pro features turn off and your charts and dashboards stay. Every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Where it applies, tax is calculated at checkout.
Ask runs on Glimpse AI credits. Every Pro plan adds credits on the 1st of each month, and unused monthly allowance does not roll over. Top-up packs (500 credits per pack) never expire while your license is active. One balance is shared across the sites on your account. When credits run out, Ask pauses and everything else keeps working. Ask is optional and needs consent from a site administrator; what it sends is described in the privacy policy and the data processing addendum.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your license key and email account secure.
